So that we may provide a 5-Star experience for you and future guests, we have a short list of house rules. We want y’all to have fun on your vacation and relax in comfort. Therefore, we are serious about following the rules below. All rules set forth in our rental policies go into effect at the time of booking, and check-in constitutes full acceptance of this agreement between Owner or Owner’s Representative and the Renter. Renter also confirms that co-occupants and guests will abide by the House Rules.

*Gov't Issued ID is required to book our property & must be submitted after booking.

* No Permanent Residence. You agree that your use of the Property is on a temporary and transient basis only; that you may not use the Property as a permanent residence; and that your permanent residence is and will remain elsewhere than at the Property.
* ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES! Your reservation will be cancelled without a refund, and you will be immediately removed from the Property if you break this rule. We take this rule very seriously.
* Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Non-registered guests must leave by 10PM.
* Quiet hours are 10:00PM to 7:00AM! Loud music and noises need to stop both inside and outside the home to respect the neighbors living in our residential neighborhood.
* NO smoking or vaping is allowed inside the house. If you smoke outside, please put your cold butts in the trash. Do not use our cups or dishes as ashtrays.
* Do NOT bring any drugs into our home, even if they are legal in your state (this includes marijuana). This is completely unacceptable. We take this rule VERY seriously and expect you to do the same. If you do not abide by this rule, you will be immediately removed.
* Underage drinking is not allowed.
* No open flames of any kind on the patio or in the house. Please do not buy/bring a fire pit. Candles inside the house are also prohibited.
* Please do not use the white washcloths to remove makeup. Instead, use the dark makeup wash clothes we provide. Also, do not dye your hair in our sinks or tubs. The color will stain the surfaces and you will be charged for damages.
* Sorry animal lovers, no pets allowed. If pets are found on premises a $200 cleaning fee and immediate removal of the pet will be enforced. We accept service animals in line with VRBO/Airbnb's Nondiscrimination Policy. No other animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property.
* Excessive dirtiness and damages will be billed to guests.
* The premises shall not be used for any illegal activity.
* Respect the neighbors as they live here full-time.
* Last, but not least, we love our beautiful home. Please take care of it as we do!
