HOUSE RULES

So that we may provide a 5-Star experience for you and future guests, we have a short list of house rules. We want y’all to have fun on your vacation and relax in comfort. Therefore, we are serious about following the rules below. All rules set forth in our rental policies go into effect at the time of booking and check-in constitutes full acceptance of this agreement between Owner or Owner’s Representative and the Renter. Renter also confirms that co-occupants and guests will abide by the House Rules.

*Gov't Issued ID is required to book our property & must be submitted after booking.

* No Permanent Residence. You agree that your use of the Property is on a temporary and transient basis only; that you may not use the Property as a permanent residence; and that your permanent residence is and will remain elsewhere than at the Property.
* ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES! Your reservation will be cancelled without a refund, and you will be immediately removed from the Property if you break this rule. We take this rule very seriously.
* Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Non-registered guests must leave by 10PM.
* Quiet hours are 10:00PM to 7:00AM! Loud music and noises need to stop both inside and outside the home to respect the neighbors living in our residential neighborhood.
* NO smoking or vaping is allowed inside the house. If you smoke outside, put your cold butts in the trash. Do not use our cups or dishes as ashtrays.
* Do NOT bring any drugs into our home, even if they are legal in your state (this includes marijuana). This is completely unacceptable. We take this rule VERY seriously and expect you to do the same. If you do not abide by this rule, you will be immediately removed.
* Underage drinking is not allowed.
* No open flames of any kind on the patio or in the house. Please do not buy/bring a fire pit. Candles inside the house are also prohibited.
* Please do not use the white washcloths to remove makeup. Instead, use the dark makeup wash clothes we provide. Also, do not dye your hair in our sinks or tubs. The color will stain the surfaces and you will be charged for damages.
* Sorry animal lovers, no pets allowed. If pets are found on premises a $200 cleaning fee and immediate removal of the pet will be enforced. We accept service animals in line with VRBO/Airbnb's Nondiscrimination Policies. No other animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the property.
* Excessive dirtiness and damages will be billed to guests.
* The premises shall not be used for any illegal activity.
* Respect the neighbors as they live here full-time.
* Last, but not least, we love our beautiful home. Please take care of it as we do!

POOL RULES

Renter acknowledges that there is no lifeguard on duty in the pool area, that children or handicapped individuals should not be left unattended near or around the pool, and the inherent risks in swimming or playing around a pool area. As such, Renter is responsible for Renter’s safety and the safety of any guests of the Renter. Renter hereby assumes all responsibility and liability for any injuries or death resulting from unsafe pool use, allowing children access to the pool area unsupervised, and not adhering to the Pool Rules below and Pool Rules posted onsite. All Pool Rules set forth in the rental policies go into effect at the time of booking, and check-in constitutes full acceptance of this agreement between Owner and the Renter, and that Renter agrees to all terms and conditions of this agreement. Renter also confirms that co-occupants and guests will abide by the Pool Rules.

* There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
* Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult 18+ years of age.
* Never let children swim alone, not even for a minute.
* Do not open, tamper or play with the pool water auto filler. This device controls the water input into the pool to maintain proper levels. Tampering can result in increased water consumption/billing and damage to the pool pump.
* No running.
* No diving.
* No glass bottles/containers of any kind in the swimming pool or pool area.
* No food, drinks, or gum are allowed in the swimming pool.
* For serious injury or life-threatening emergency assistance CALL 911 immediately.
* Babies must use a swim diaper.
* If you have open sores or wounds or the flu or diarrhea, do not swim in the pool.
* Shower before getting in the pool.
* Please dry off before coming inside the house.
* No animals or pets are allowed in the pool.
* The security camera must be left on and may not be covered up for any reason.
* Pool maintenance occurs every Tuesday morning between 8-10. If additional chemicals are required, the pool may be closed for a few hours.
